Here's What to Expect

Getting Started: Fill out intake paperwork online before your visit. Most new patients can be seen the same day or within a couple of days.


Your First Appointment: You'll meet with a medical provider for evaluation and, if you qualify, receive your first prescription that same day. You'll also have blood work done in our in-house lab and meet with a case manager to coordinate support services.


Ongoing Care:  Individual counseling, regular medication management, comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
and treatment, and case management support to help you overcome barriers and build lasting recovery.

  • Spravato treatment for treatment-resistant depression Pharmacogenetic testing (GeneSight) to optimize medication choices
  • Medical cannabis card evaluation (not covered by insurance per state law)

    Yes. Once you're stabilized on your medication, most patients can work, drive, and carry out their

    normal daily activities safely. We'll discuss any precautions during your appointments.

  • Do you accept walk-in appointments?

    Yes. We accept walk-ins Monday through Thursday, though scheduled appointments work best to minimize your wait time. We can typically see new patients the same day or within a couple of days.

  • What if I'm pregnant?

    We can provide addiction treatment for pregnant patients as long as you are in compliance with your OB care. Continuing medication-assisted treatment during pregnancy is often the safest option for both you and your baby.

  • What if I need help with transportation?

    If you have Medicaid and need assistance getting to appointments, you may qualify for Medi-Cab services. Call our office and we can provide information about transportation options.

  • Will I have to do drug testing?

    Yes, regular drug screening is a standard part of MAT programs and is required by state regulations. This helps us monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

  • What if I relapse or miss an appointment?

    Recovery isn't always linear, and setbacks happen. We won't judge you - we'll work with you to get back on track. If you miss an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • Do I have to do counseling?

    Yes, counseling is an important component of comprehensive addiction treatment. You'll be set up with individual counseling sessions with one of our licensed counselors starting at your second visit.

  • Can you help with my mental health issues too?

    Absolutely. Many people struggling with opioid use also experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other mental health concerns. Our team includes psychiatric providers who can evaluate and treat these co-occurring conditions as part of your comprehensive care.
